This class has opened up my eyes to some of the errors that I did not know was there. I am more self-conscious now. I do hope we all use that is an opportunity to improve on what we already have.

What to do to avoid nervousness

- improve the mental state by reducing the number of unknown.
- know your material
- Know your audience
- Know yourself
-Use your nervousness to your advantage.
