Good speech. I like the way he started with the flower, demonstrated how it may become broken or damaged based on the elements and then used it to complete his speech. I am sure the demonstration allowed persons to relate easily; created a possible memory that could be used as motivation while one is feeling "broken" which in essence, was the motive. Not bad.
